The training combines insight into AI types and maturity with practical workforce analysis and works towards applicable choices for one's own organization.
During the training, participants work on a realistic organizational case and explore how AI impacts FTEs, roles, and team composition. Explicit attention is paid to the balance between AI adoption, reskilling, and work redesign. The training connects technology and the human aspect and supports participants in developing a concrete change and implementation plan, ensuring that insights can actually be translated into action.
Upon completion, participants will possess a structured approach to future-proof their organization in an AI-driven context.
